1987 Pontiac Trans-Am. If you're the kind of collector who's looking for factory original, unrestored, practically perfect and low original milage car, look no further. This Trans-Am comes fully documented including all service records and receipts proving its low original 50,000 kms is in fact very true. It’s wearing its factory original paint which is flawless, and the body is 100% rust free. Thanks to recent polishing, it's especially glossy. The car also comes with all original documentation from the sale of the car including the bill of sale, and all delivery paperwork such as the PDI check list and gov of Canada safety inspection and other GM Canada build sheets. It also comes with the owner’s manual, and all of the associated brochures such as the stereo manual, spare tire manual, service guide and warranty card. Look high and low, and you won't find one as nice, original or as well documented as this one. The car has so far only had 2 owners in all of it's 38 years. It was sold new at City Buick-Pontiac-Cadillac in Scarborough Ontario on the 18th of April 1987 and still wears its original dealership sticker on the back bumper. Don't let its eastern roots scare you, as there are plenty of receipts for rustproofing completed when new, and throughout the years. The car was very clearly not ever winter driven. Again, it is 100% rust free and in concours flawless condition with the exception of some wear on the driver's carpet floor mat. This car is also very well equipped. Under the hood is a Port Tuned fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. The rear axle was ordered as a limited slip differential. Two tone red and grey paint is a great combination along with the nearly flawless 16 inch bright-face alloy wheels. The car has power windows, power locks, power mirrors, full gauges, the factory Delco AM/FM Cassette stereo and T-top glass roof panels. Other options include lamp group, overhead roof console, power soft closing trunk, cargo cover, cruise control, vanity mirror, leather wrapped steering wheel, ultimate seats (power lumbar and bolsters), Fog lights, power antennae and floor mats. The only thing it appears to be missing is Air Conditioning. The bags for the T-tops are still in the trunk and absolutely everything on the car works as it should. The current (2nd) owner of the car is renowned for his attention to detail with every vehicle he owns. They are always incredibly clean and showroom ready. He has had many vehicles in similar condition go through our showroom. We're thrilled to get to show this incredible '87 Trans-Am.
