2015 Forest River Rockwood Windjammer 3029W Travel Trailer

2015 Forest River Rockwood Windjammer 3029W Travel Trailer The 2015 Forest River Rockwood Windjammer 3029W is an exceptionally clean, one-owner travel trailer that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully upgraded. With current registration through April 30, 2027, a dry weight of 7,699 lbs, and nearly $15,000 invested in a professionally documented roof restoration, this RV stands out as one of the nicest examples available. Having been occupied for only approximately 2 to 3 months since new, primarily during a California wildfire evacuation and only a handful of camping trips afterward, the trailer has spent the vast majority of its life properly stored and covered. The original owner retained virtually every owner's manual, warranty booklet, and original documentation. A comprehensive roof restoration totaling $14,279.78 included a new roof membrane, roof decking repairs, new roof vents, new plumbing vents, new A/C shroud, and new roof sealants, with documentation included. Additional maintenance includes a complete exterior recaulk, LED side marker, tail, and brake light upgrades, freshly painted frame and safety chains, a new battery box, new cubby door magnet, new skirting screws, professional ceramic exterior wax, professional interior detailing, professionally shampooed carpets, and Murphy Oil treatment applied to all cabinetry and woodwork. The frame is reported to be rust-free. Inside, the spacious rear living floorplan features a large slide-out, upgraded La-Z-Boy swivel rocking recliners, a jackknife sofa, electric fireplace, 42-inch Toshiba flat-screen TV, and an iRV Technologies Bluetooth entertainment system with interior and exterior speaker zones. Large panoramic windows create an open feel while premium hardwood cabinetry, Shaw carpet, and Trekk Ultra High Resiliency flooring provide a high-end finish. The residential-style kitchen includes a large center island, upgraded Corian solid-surface countertops, and a deep sink with a pull-down faucet, making it ideal for extended trips or full-time camping.
