Yes, it runs on REC fuel, Yes it is titled, registered, insured and driven on the streets in MI. It has all lighting compliance that is in working order. This would make someone one hell of a power tour car with some safety tweaks, a vintage racer or dial it back a little and could be a Friday night cruiser/racer.
