Only 673 miles on ground up custom build! The closer I looked the better I liked it! This is obviously a professional job, in and out, top to bottom. The fit, finish, and function is outstanding!
EXTERIOR: The body is amazing! It is absolutely straight. I did not find any rust, damage, bubbles or shrinkage. It has the Eleanor package on it which includes the raised fiberglass hood and dovetail trunk, both are straight and fit really nice. It also has the ground effects, wheel well flares and side scoops. Eleanor style front end with Halogen headlights and halo fog lamps. Custom rear valance with high intensity reverse lights. It has Shelby sequential turn signals and a pop up gas cap. The bumper is smooth and sucked into the body. Painted in graphite metallic, it is laid out evenly and polished like a piece of glass. The lighter gray stripes are smooth to the touch and go right into the jambs. Black power convertible top is in excellent shape, it has a folding glass window. All new smoked glass. It also has a working power antenna. It sits on 17 inch Eleanor style wheels with performance tires.
INTERIOR: The interior is completely redone! Not only does it look new, but it also fits real nicely. All of the door panels, dash pad, upholstery has been replaced. The entire dash area looks like new. It's upgraded with a set of VHX gauges. There's a retro stereo in the factory hole with 4 Ground Zero speakers and an amp. The new carpet fits without any wrinkles and it has Shelby floor mats. There's a 5-speed shifter sticking out of the floor with a real nice center console behind it. You'll be sitting on a set of high back bucket seats. Ididit tilt column has a leather grip steering wheel.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is a very meticulously assembled engine compartment. That's a 351 Windsor with a performance build. It has an aluminum intake, Holley carb with electric choke and billet distributor. It's dressed up with some beautiful valve covers. In front it has billets pulleys and brackets and a serpentine belt. The alternator and a/c compressor are polished. It's a Classic Auto Air system. The power steering pump is chrome, new power brake system. It has gas struts on the hood hinges, the squirters are hooked up, battery is secured, all the wires are run neatly. All the metal is smooth and clean, they used cadmium plated bolts throughout.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Gas struts lift the trunk lid open. Under the lid and the jamb are painted glossy. Inside is pristine metal painted a satin finish black. The weather strip, well liner, trunk mat and tire cover were replaced. It has complete jack and spare assembly. There's also a car cover included.
UNDERSIDE: The front end steering and suspension all looks brand new. It has an upgraded sway bar. Rear suspension is also new with gas shocks. All new brake system: lines, hoses, Wilwood drilled and slotted disc at all four corners, new e-brake assembly. The dual exhaust has a crossover pipe, Xlerator mufflers and the tips going out through the rear valance. All new fuel system including the tank. Looking up at the motor it still looks brand new including the fuel pump and the high torque starter. It has a Tremec T5 5-speed trans with a hydraulic clutch. Rebuilt drive shaft and a restored 9 inch rear end. All the metal floors, frame rails, rockers look immaculate. They've been prepped and sprayed with red oxide primer.
SERVICE: We inspected the car and charged the air conditioning and repaired the sequential turn signals.
This is one of the exceptional cars! It is very obvious that a lot of pride went into building this custom Mustang. All the fit and finishes throughout are very impressive. They took the extra time that it needs to make a car look like this one looks. Aside from the high quality, it's just a downright exciting car! An Eleanor convertible with a stick shift = awesome!
