This unit is a pleasure to use and stay in when traveling. With the GVW of 12,140lbs. I can tow it with my F250 truck. On-site setup is easy with external controls on the front of the unit for operating the electric jacks for disconnect from the truck. Then the command center allows auto leveling and independent slide extension. The convenient Bluetooth function of the command center also allows all device functions to be operated from your phone, including lighting, leveling, slides, and awning. Once set up this unit has plenty of livable area. The unit is also functional for dry camping if desired. There is always a reason for selling, ours is that we have decided to get a place in a retirement area because we are not camping or traveling much anymore.
