STREET ROD MATERIAL OR RESTORATION PROJECT! This 1941 Ford Deluxe 2 Door Sedan (grew up in Western South Dakota),is a good car to build your next Street Rod. NOW ONLY $1,995 WAS $2,500.
Are you looking for a good project car? This car is a 95 percent rust free body to start with. The doors, trunk lid, and roof are good, as is the front clip. The passengers rear fender is a little rough. There are lots of small dents and just a couple of very minor rusted out spots. There is some rust in the rear pan below the trunk lid. You will need to replace the glass, which is pretty easy to do.
The interior is all there including the seat springs, dash, window moldings, etc. The interior will need to be redone of course. I removed all the old fabric when I cleaned out the car, but you will have good seat springs to work with. The floors are pretty solid, but there is a little rust out on the flat part of the rear passengers floor board, nothing too bad.
Very solid floors for its age. The engine is a Ford Flathead V8 with a 3 speed transmission. The motor is not running, and is stuck, but is complete right down to the original air cleaner. If you are looking for a car that will be fun to rebuild with the family or your car group, here is the perfect car. This car will come with different wheels and tires than those you see in the pictures.
