The 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is one of the baddest-looking street machines of all times. Of course, it's only gets better when it's a real-deal factory Mach 1 fastback featuring new paint and an enhanced 351 V8.
Candyapple is truly a legendary Mustang color. After all, the bold red makes people stand up and take notice, and that's exactly what you want on one of the boldest Mustangs ever made. So that's why this one is fresh off a professional respray of this ultra-desirable factory-correct color. Then again, this Mach 1 never had trouble getting attention. The hood alone is a great aggressive piece with its large scoop, twist locks, and full blacked-out treatment. Then add in more features such as the chin spoiler, side stripes, rear Mach 1 stripe, and full-length rear spoiler, and you see this car's full dark side. And this classic intimidation package is completed with a set of iconic Mag wheels.
All the black accents of the exterior are also a preview of the full black interior. It starts with the comfortable high back bucket seats that have the cool red stripe running across the neckline. New door panels and dash pad cover help keep this dark package looking and feeling good. The center console, sports steering wheel, and plenty of wood-like paneling are a nice reminder that the Mach 1 is a premium package. There's even a new A/C system that comes with the sale.
This H-code Mustang left the factory with a 351 cubic-inch V8, so it's great to see one so nicely presented in the engine bay. But once you look beyond the vintage shine of the valve covers and air filter topper, you're going to start seeing some nice performance substance. The motor inhales deeply through a four-barrel carburetor and performance intake. It exhales with authority as headers add power while contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. Sure, you can treat this like a big power Mach 1, but there's far more to this coupe. It fires up nicely like a well-respected classic, and there's an aluminum radiator w/electric fan to help keep it all running cool. when you add in features like power steering, a three-speed automatic transmission, and power brakes with discs up front, the result is a great any time classic.
The sale comes complete with the Marti Report and build receipts. You're looking at a real-deal Mach 1 with a lot to offer, so don't let it slip away. Call now!
