Who needs a Ranger Raptor when you can order a midsize monster like this? Meet a Ranger that can not only attack the trail but can also fight on the battlefield. Ricardo, the British military outfitter, modified a 2019 Ranger for defense and security operationsalthough it looks like it might also be perfect for battling a zombie apocalypse. Upgrades include a rollover-protection system mounted to the roof rack, a ring-mounted weapon system in the bed, armored ballistic underfloor panels, and armored glass. There are also enough gas and water cans to take you to hell and back. The danger Ranger also receives heavy-duty front and rear bumpers, radiator-protecting skid plates, rock sliders, olive green camouflage paint, four-point seat harnesses, and an upgraded 24-volt electrical system. Further upgrades include uprated springs, dampers, brakes, and blacked-out heavy-duty wheels wrapped with all-terrain rubber. The battle-ready Ranger will be offered with several powertrain options for Europe including a 2.0-liter turbodiesel with 210 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque. The diesel engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
